We've got three pretty rad announcements for Washington, D.C. venues Black Cat and Rock and Roll Hotel. First up is Wavves, the notoriously notorious bunch of indie darlings who somewhat imploded on their last tour. Sounds like the cracks have been mended and this time around they'll be doing it right. Next up is British "space lullaby" creators Broadcast, who will be headlining an amazing lineup at Black Cat with Atlas Sound on October 17. Should be a very trippy, groovy evening. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, July 31 at Ticket Alternative.
Lastly, we have The Vic Chesnutt Band, which features Guy Picciotto (Fugazi) and members of Thee Silver Mt. Zion, Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Witchies. Phew.
