With Halloween just around the corner, somehow it's already time to start making plans for the biggest night of the year - New Year's Eve! Washington D.C.'s Black Cat is bringing the delightful Peaches O'Dell & Her Orchestra to perform on the mainstage and keep the place dancing with a mix of swing, rhumbas and classic hits from the 1930s, '40s and '50s.
