Amanda Blank cancellation at Rock and Roll Hotel

Rock & Roll Hotel and Amanda Blank would like to apologize for the cancellation on Saturday January 30, 2010. Amanda Blank was extremely ill and unfortunately was unable to perform. The date will be rescheduled so please stay tuned to updates.

POSTPONED: The Constellations @ The EARL, January 9

The Constellations have postponed their Atlanta show at The EARL on January 9. No word yet on what date the show will be rescheduled, but we'll tell you as soon as we know!

POSTPONED: The Association w/ Rare Earth @ Gateway Event Center, December 12

The Association have postponed their December 12 show at McDonough, Ga.'s Gateway Event Center to March 27. Tickets bought will still be honored for their March 27 show, but can also be refunded.

CANCELED: Jimmy Wayne @ Whiskey Dicks in Columbus, Ohio, December 19

Jimmy Wayne has canceled his show at Columbus, Ohio's Whiskey Dicks on December 19. Refunds can be made at point of purchase.

The venue itself is closing soon, we are sad to report.

CANCELED: Ernie Halter @ Vinyl in Atlanta, Ga., December 10

Ernie Halter has canceled his Atlanta show at Vinyl on December 10. Halter canceled his entire tour due to an accident in the family. Tickets bought through Ticket Alternative are currently being refunded.

CANCELED: Laura Izibor @ The Loft, December 11

Due to health issues, Laura Izibor has had to cancel her tour through December, which includes her Atlanta date at The Loft on December 11. Tickets bought online or over the phone through Ticket Alternative are currently being refunded. If you purchased a ticket through an outlet please take it back to point of purchase.

CANCELED: Deastro and Max Tundra @ Drunken Unicorn, November 16

We've just gotten word that the band van for Deastro and Max Tundra has broken down in North Carolina, so the show has been canceled. Refunds are currently being made.

CANCELED: Bebel Gilberto @ The Loft in Atlanta, GA, November 20

Bebel Gilberto has canceled this leg of her tour, including the November 20 show at The Loft in Atlanta. Refunds for tickets purchased online or over the phone are currently being refunded. If you purchased a ticket at an outlet please take it back to point of purchase.

CANCELED: Erin McCarley (11/13) and Dax Riggs (11/23) @ Juanita's

We just got word that two shows have been canceled at Little Rock's Juanita's: Erin McCarley on November 13 and Dax Riggs on November 23. They have not been rescheduled.

CANCELED: Echo and the Bunnymen @ Black Cat on November 17

We just got word that the Echo and the Bunnymen show at the Black Cat on November 17 has been canceled due to visa issues. Tickets bought online or over the phone are currently being refunded. If you bought your ticket at an outlet or box office then take it back to point of purchase.

UPDATE: We hear it was not visa issues, but due to tax fees.

CANCELED: Kate Voegele @ Juanita's on October 21

We have just gotten word that Kate Voegele has had to cancel her Little Rock show at Juanita's tonight. No work yet on the reason or whether or not she'll be able to reschedule but we'll keep you posted. Tickets are being refunded now.

CANCELED: Jessie James @ Juanita's, November 2

Popster Jessie James has canceled her entire tour. That includes her Little Rock show at Juanita's on November 2. Tickets will be refunded in the next 24 hours, or take your tickets back to point of purchase if you got them from an outlet.

CANCELED: D'Angelo at Country Club Lounge in New York on September 13

If you recently purchased tickets to attend the D'Angelo's show at Country Club Lounge on September 13, 2009, we apologize for the inconvenience of the cancellation and will issue you a full refund for the your order back to the card initially used.

In addition, the promoters would like to offer complementary admission for tonight's show featuring Naughty By Nature at Le Poisson Rouge by bringing your original confirmation for free entry.

CANCELED: Moonwalk's Prelude @ Rock and Roll Hotel on August 28

The tribute to Michael Jackson, with appearances by Phonte (Foreign Exchange + Little Brother), Angela Johnson, Silver Logan Sharp (Chic & Kid Rock), & Ayanna Gregory, at Washingon D.C.'s Rock and Roll Hotel, has been canceled. No word yet on whether or not the party will be rescheduled.

The concert will be replaced with Remember the Time ('80s Retro + MJ Birthday Dance party, presented by MN8): "DJ Rockactivo plays the very best of Michael Jackson in the main room for a non-stop sweaty tribute to the king of pop!" It'll be a free dance party for all!

CANCELED: The Charlatans @ Black Cat on October 3, The Loft on October 5

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the cancellation of The Charlatans' entire American tour, which includes their stop in Atlanta on October 5 for a show at The Loft and their Washington D.C. show at Black Cat on October 3. Tickets are currently being refunded.

The band announced the news when they discovered that their drummer Jon Brookes was going to need surgery to repair severe damage done to his shoulder. No word yet on whether on not the gigs will be rescheduled.
